Upload File
Uploads one file to be referenced by its id from a later kyc account request — one page of the holder’s identity document, for instance. The file belongs to the authenticated partner: it is addressed under the account the token resolved, so one partner cannot reference another’s. There is no single-use control — the same id may be referenced more than once. Accepts PDF, JPEG and PNG up to 10 MB; the type is detected from the file bytes, not from the declared content type. Requires the manage-holders capability.
